Terms & Conditions - Onam Mahotsavam HPCL Kerala-Suzuki Campaign

1. Eligibility Restrictions: Employees of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (hereinafter "HPCL") and their families, HPCL Dealers & Distributors, Employees of HPCL Dealers & Distributors, Employees of Advertising Agencies of HPCL, other Channel partners/Sponsors/Service providers/Event managers, etc. associated with this Onam Mahotsavam campaign, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
2. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in this Onam celebration offer is deemed as an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Campaign Duration: The Onam Mahotsavam campaign commences on 25-07-2025 and closes on 24-08-2025 (30 Days Onam Celebration Period). Any entries received after 12:00 midnight on 24-08-2025 will not be considered.
4. Data Usage Consent: By entering into this Onam offer, Customers agree that the information submitted through QR scan and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received, shall be used by HPCL or their Channel partners of the campaign for the administration of the draw and sharing the same with Suzuki and other sponsors. HPCL or its authorized agents, as applicable, can also use the information/mobile numbers to carry out research about this offer or for communication of future promotions and Onam-related messages to the participants.
5. General Eligibility: This Onam Mahotsavam offer is only open to Indian Citizens aged 18 years and above, based on valid ID proof. HPCL shall not be liable or responsible if, for any reason, the customer is not able to complete registration due to technical error, network issue, or otherwise. A Customer can participate once per day per mobile number during the Onam celebration period.
6. Prize Structure: The following Adipoli Prizes are on offer for customers during this Onam season:

• SUZUKI GIXXER (₹149,999 Ex showroom price/AVENIS bikes against HOARDINGS): 12 units (1 per Sales Area). The hoardings location list approval is as per Suzuki choice as they have to map to their dealers for enrolment (BUMPER PRIZE). The Bike is 01 winner per each sales area.

Best Performing Dealer - Showing Organic Growth:

• SUZUKI GIXXER (₹149,999 Ex showroom price/AVENIS bikes against HOARDINGS): 12 units available. This Bike is best performing dealer - 01 per each sales area.

6. Prize Specifications:
• Images shown are for graphic representation only
• Image displayed on the scheme and actual gift may vary
• Ex showroom price of ₹149,999 only will be allotted towards the Suzuki Gixxer prize
• Bike approved is Gixxer/AVENIS model
• Insurance, registration and gift tax amount to be paid by the winners
• In case of delay beyond 7 days from date of intimation for paying gift tax amount, another winner will be selected
• Winners refusing to pay gift tax do not qualify for the prize
7. Bill Preservation: The customer is required to preserve the original bill of the fuel purchase used to enter the Onam offer to claim any prizes won. Loss or mutilation of the original bill will disqualify the customer. No photocopies of bills will be accepted.
8. Verification Rights: HPCL reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets across Kerala's 300+ participating outlets.
9. Winner Notification & Collection: Winners will be notified through tele-calling or SMS. Winners must produce the original bill, along with identification proof (PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving license/Aadhar) and proof of mobile ownership, at the time of collecting the prizes. Prizes will be handed over to the winners in person immediately upon receipt of required documents and confirmation that all formalities have been met.
10. Document Requirements: If customers are unable to produce any of the above-mentioned documents or cannot be contacted within one week of notification, they will forfeit the prizes. In this case, the next customer in the draw order will be considered for the prizes.
11. Communication Responsibility: The selected mobile numbers will be contacted by our backend operator for further processing. If the mobile number has been changed, terminated, blocked, or is out of reach, HPCL will not be held liable for not being able to communicate or deliver the prizes to the concerned winner.
12. Tax Obligations: All statutory levies, including income tax, gift tax, other taxes, duties, octroi, etc., or other additional charges like the cost of transporting the prizes to the winner's residence, as applicable on the prizes, shall be borne by the concerned prize winner.
13. Selection Process: No queries, clarifications, or suggestions will be entertained regarding the modality or the selection process, which is entirely at the discretion of HPCL. Prize selection will be conducted through random lucky draw system for customer prizes and performance evaluation for dealer prizes.
14. Travel Arrangements: Travel arrangements, boarding, and lodging, if any, for availing the prizes under this Onam offer shall not be the responsibility of HPCL. Prize winners shall have to make their own arrangements for travel, boarding, lodging, etc., at all times.
15. Non-Transferable: The Onam offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. No cash claim shall be entertained in lieu of the offer. This offer shall not be combined with any other HPCL Promotional or Discount Offer.
16. Post-Collection Policy: No claims on guarantee, warranty, replacement, or exchange of prizes shall be entertained after the collection of the prizes by the prize winners.
17. Final Authority: The decision of HPCL shall be final, binding, and non-contestable. HPCL reserves the right to withdraw or alter any of the terms and conditions of this Onam Mahotsavam offer at any time without prior notice. No correspondence shall be entertained on this account.
18. Audit Rights: HPCL also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the Onam offer have been met and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.
19. Liability Limitation: HPCL and its partners/Suzuki shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft, or any other mishap whatsoever that may be suffered as a result of participating in the Onam offer or enjoyment of the prizes.
20. Correspondence Policy: As a general rule, no correspondence will be entered into. Correspondence, if any, will be solely at the discretion of HPCL.
21. Fraud Prevention: Submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation/information shall result in disqualification from this Onam promotion and from all/any future HPCL promotions. The submission of false information may also result in the initiation of civil or criminal proceedings against the party by HPCL and/or its partners.
22. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
23. Auto-Acceptance: Upon participation, the customer automatically agrees to the terms and conditions of the Onam Mahotsavam campaign.
24. Campaign Validity: The Onam campaign is valid for a period of 30 days from 25-07-2025 to 24-08-2025.
25. Outlet Coverage: The offer is valid only at the selected 300+ HPCL petrol pumps across Kerala covering 12 sales areas including Kochi, Calicut and surrounding regions.
26. Prize Selection Communication: No communication from customers will be entertained regarding the selection of prizes.
27. Prize Winner Selection: Prizes (selection of prize winners) will be conducted based on random lucky draw for customers and performance metrics for dealers through a committee formed by HPCL Kerala.
28. Committee Decision: The decision of HPCL and its Onam campaign committee is final.
29. Prize Claiming Process: Customers selected for the prizes can claim them after providing proof of submission of all necessary documents and payment of insurance, registration, and gift tax, as applicable.
30. Winner Travel Arrangements: Customers have to make their own arrangements for travel and stay if they are selected to claim the prizes in the Onam celebration draw.
31. Product Performance Disclaimer: Neither HPCL nor Suzuki can be held responsible for the performance of the product or prizes after distribution.
